Hi! I'm Taylor Hall! I am a college athlete, health expert, and fitness guru focused on living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others do the same!
I am an experienced college athlete equipped with many skills and in-depth knowledge of the game of basketball. From a young age, I have been a motivated athlete, constantly working to get an edge over my competition through hard work, taking care of my body, and eating clean foods.
Health is the key to life. The more we fuel our bodies with whole foods, the better we will feel. In return, I have learned that I am able to complete everyday tasks to my best abilitiy!

Why I Do What I Do

For 7 years, I have been gaining experience competing, traveling, training, and learning from many great basketball minds. I love this game and strive to get 1% better daily mentally and physically to reach my full potential. One day, my goal is to play professionally overseas.
Food
Health
Besides the gym, the kitchen is my happy place. I have begun to document some of my creations through social media and love to spread knowledge about the benefits of fueling our bodies with healthy foods.

Working out has played a huge role in my development as an athlete. Through spending time in the gym, I have gained strength, stamina, and have improved my body image. I began taking my fitness more seriously after tearing my ACL, and since then have become much more in touch with my body.
